E-commerce Project Manager

We are hiring an E-commerce Project Manager for a global enterprise located in Ramat Hahayal.

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to oversee and guide e-commerce initiatives. This role demands a balance of technical expertise, project management skills, and a customer-centric mindset.
You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end development and integration of e-commerce systems, collaborating with diverse teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning and Management.
2. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, digital, and customer care.
3. Ticket Tracking and Developer Task Assignment:
4. Maintain a customer-oriented approach ensuring the best customer experience with the website.
5. Manage the integration of the e-commerce system with CRM and other relevant systems.
6. Oversee back-end development tasks and resources.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in IT project management.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong understanding of system management.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across various departments.
- Fluent English
