Field IT Technician

We are looking for an IT Technician

Job Description:

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems on desktops, laptops, and various computing equipment and devices.
• Reimage laptops and desktops and installation of network MFD printers.
• Answering user questions directly related to Windows 7/10 and Office 2016 and 365.
• Face to face and hands-on troubleshooting
• Document all issues and Publish support documentation
• Escalate unresolved calls to the next level support team, take ownership of user problems and follow up on the status of problems on behalf of the user.

• Minimum 5 years of experience providing end-user support in an enterprise environment.
• Hardware & Software troubleshooting.
• Strong working knowledge of Windows 7/10 and Office 2016 and 365.
• Working knowledge of Active Directory.
