IT Technician

We are looking for an IT Technician for a global enterprise in Migdal Haemek

Job Description:

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems on desktops, laptops, and various computing equipment and devices.
• Reimage laptops and desktops and installation of network MFD printers.
• Answering user questions directly related to Windows 7/10 and Office 2016 and 365.

Preferred Job Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of experience providing end-user support in an Enterprise environment - A must.
• Hardware & Software troubleshooting.
• Experience working with Microsoft tools (Active Directory, Office 2016 and 365, and OS Win 7/10).
• Excellent English.
